Scout22 brings the personnel map, player context, opponent-specific matchup grade and weekly game selection together in one pregame scouting experience. It is built to help fans understand what will shape the game before kickoff—not simply repeat a box score or another company’s grade.

Players are evaluated against their position using reliable public football information and Scout22 logic. Ratings reflect Scout22’s own evaluation.
A player’s S22 rating measures his overall level. His weekly matchup grade answers a different question: how favorable is this specific assignment, in this game, under these conditions?
The Top 5 combines importance, star power, rivalry, storylines, matchup quality and weekly attention. Fan voting can help shape which games receive the full Scout22 treatment next.
Scout22 ratings are generated using a proprietary evaluation model. The model considers the following categories, with inputs adapted to each position, role and game situation.
Reflect position-specific production, efficiency, role, usage, availability, recent form and sustained performance.
Reflect performance within a player’s position, impact, sample quality and league-wide comparison context. NFL Top 100 badges are a separate NFL list, not Scout22 rankings.
Add opponent strength, direct assignment, matchup difficulty, availability, expected usage and team environment.
Consider projected lineup quality, offensive and defensive performance, positional value, availability, efficiency and team context.
Scout22 explains the football factors that influence each result so users can understand the analysis. Exact weights, multipliers, coefficients, thresholds and step-by-step calculations remain proprietary.
