Each week, Scout22 evaluates five marquee matchups using film, personnel, team trends, injuries and matchup data. One straight-up or spread selection is made for every featured game before kickoff. Every pick is recorded and graded, with weekly and season-long results tracked throughout the season.
Scout22 turns the week’s biggest NFL games into interactive pregame scouting reports. Tap any projected starter on the All-22 field to see the player’s role, matchup, positional ranking, key statistics, availability and Scout22 grade.
The weekly five are chosen using the complete NFL picture—not one fixed formula. Scout22 considers game importance, playoff and division impact, rivalries, major storylines, star players, head-to-head matchup quality and the games creating the most fan and media hype. The lineup is subject to change when injuries, breaking news or a bigger matchup changes the week.
Scout22 ratings are generated using a proprietary evaluation model that combines player production, recent performance, positional value, matchup context, availability, efficiency and team environment. Inputs are weighted differently by position and situation. The exact weighting methodology and calculation process are proprietary to Scout22.
Recent performance, prior-season production, current-season production, efficiency, role, usage, availability and film or scouting context where applicable influence a player’s grade.
Scout22 positional rankings reflect position-specific performance, positional value, sustained impact, role, availability and the strength of the comparison group.
Weekly grades add opponent strength, direct assignment, matchup difficulty, injuries, team environment and expected role. They remain separate from overall player quality.
Team results consider offense, defense, projected lineup quality, recent and prior-season performance, positional value, efficiency, availability and team context.
Scout22 ratings reflect its own evaluation of performance and team context.
